Eyewitness Surveillance for Your Self Guided Tours

Podcasts by Multifamily Leadership

Joe Curd is the Director of Multifamily National Accounts at Stealth Monitoring. Stealth protects assets for businesses with high quality video monitoring and surveillance.  In multifamily, there is a significant worry about security. One of the top reasons a resident does not renew their lease is that they feel unsafe and uncomfortable on a property.  We want residents to feel safe while on the property. Current systems are mostly used after a problem has occurred. Being able to tell residents “we caught it on camera and sent the footage to the police” is not comforting because the crime still happened.  Stealth Monitoring fixes this by using speakers to alert the problem-causer that they’re on camera, scaring them off before there is any real problem.  Also by using 24/7 eyewitness surveillance, self-guided tours become less risky since any damage would be caught on camera. Any attempt at theft would be stopped in its tracks. Many of the reasons that make collecting drivers licenses before touring necessary would be reduced.    In this episode, we covered: Why the current security systems on…

We Like and Support What We Invest In

Podcasts by Multifamily Leadership

Trade shows have worked for decades. But multifamily vendors are trying to sell a product using a system that was invented before the internet.  There’s a new way of doing sales and marketing. We’re taking the multifamily industry on a journey beyond the old way of doing things.  As part of that, we’re giving away $150,000 to our clients instead of spending $150,000 on trade shows, but once it’s gone, it’s gone. If you want to join us on this journey, head to https://multifamilyclients.com/ and see what we’re doing for the multifamily industry.  In this episode, we covered: Why vendors like using an outdated sales strategy How much growth is possible without spending money on any trade shows What top companies do instead of trade shows to get incredible results Why changing your trade show sales focus to 12 months instead of a few weeks can drastically increase your sales What your ideal clients REALLY want (hint: it’s not your product) Additional Resources: Building a Trusted Multifamily Brand to Accelerate Growth and Scale What Multifamily Investors Really Want Our Strategic…

Leverage Your Multifamily Business Model to Improve a Resident's Life

Podcasts by Multifamily Leadership

Nice healthcare gives residents access to cost-effective healthcare right in their apartment. In this episode, we sit down with John Young who is the Senior Vice President of Growth at Nice Healthcare and Kelly Krasner the Vice President of Growth. Why are we talking about healthcare for residence in a Multifamily Podcast? Because, smart investors focus on long term investments in “community” to support a positive brand. As property owners, we’re providing so many essential services like running water, utilities, access to communications with internet, TV, Wi-Fi services. Right now we’re looking at better ways to provide these services – if that be solar or participation in revenue sharing for these services. Our residents have purchasing power over these things. In other words, the money they’re not spending with us is going to these things. It’s good business to increase the purchasing power of your residents. We want our residents to be successful, and healthy. Just like our employees. We know that when we invest in health programs for our employees, we see that as an investment with great returns.…

Disruption is happening in more places than you think. You will be hearing a lot of noise in the marketplace around technology and innovation over the coming months.

This summit is for executives that understand the real innovation is about people. It’s about making something better – our business. It always has been.

Not everyone is ready for change at the same time. Technology moves fast and sometimes we move slow. And it makes sense for certain reasons as sometimes new rollouts can be disruptive.

We will explore real-world examples of how leaders are building and scaling their company in this fast-paced dynamic environment.

We are defining an entirely new category of learning that will connect executives with the information they need and the innovative products they need to understand in a much more intimate, intuitive, and fun way than ever before.
