The Phoenix region is a flat city with streets that run north, south, east, and west, with every eight numbered streets equaling exactly one mile. Our business can sometimes feel like a grid at the ground level. As Executive Operators, we are naturally pulled to participate transactionally “in our business” and this Summit and hiking experience will help you become an “observer of your business.” This hike and our VIP Grand Experience Lunch give you and your team the “white space” to see your business from a “Different Point of View.” Hiking with your team to the top of Camelback Mountain is a great opportunity to reconnect, explore the beauty of Arizona, and look to the future of your leadership vision.

Disruption is happening in more places than you think. In this show, we explore the impact technology has on our portfolios. Is your property ready to take on this new model of business? New technologies and disruptions come at us fast. But we know that disruption is disruptive and disruption is happening in more places than you think. You will be hearing a lot of noise in the marketplace around technology and innovation over the coming months.
This talk is for leaders that understand the real innovation is about people. It’s about making something better – our business. It always has been.
Not everyone is ready for change at the same time. Technology moves fast and sometimes we move slow. And it makes sense for certain reasons as sometimes new rollouts can be disruptive.
We will explore real-world examples of how leaders are building and scaling their company in this fast-paced dynamic environment.
We are defining an entirely new category of learning that will connect executives with the information they need and the innovative products they need to understand in a much more intimate, intuitive, and fun way than ever before.

Integrations should be seamless and interconnected in every aspect of the resident experience, including before, during, and after every interaction with your organization.
There are key organizations in the market who have taken hold of the consumer experience with regard to smart home technology and will discuss the most crucial information for owners and operators to understand in order to integrate these innovations into their portfolios. Hear from the show guests who have done the heavy lifting for you, so you can directly benefit from their wisdom and expertise.
