Milhaus Acquires Broadshore Capital Partners to Expand Debt and Equity Investment Platform

Milhaus announced the completion of its acquisition of Broadshore Capital Partners, an SEC-registered investment management and lending platform based in Los Angeles and New York. The transaction follows Milhaus’ recent merger with Sares Regis Group Residential in spring 2026, according to the company.

Broadshore will operate under the Milhaus umbrella. The investment firm’s client base includes large pension funds, insurance companies, and international institutional investors. Broadshore has more than 35 years of experience in equity and debt investment strategies, the release states.

The combined platform will enable Milhaus to pursue debt and equity investments on behalf of capital partners. Milhaus operates as a property manager with more than 50,000 units under management, according to the announcement.

“This is a meaningful step forward in our strategy to scale the platform and expand our capabilities,” said Tadd Miller, Chief Executive Officer of Milhaus. “Broadshore brings deep institutional relationships and a proven investment track record that complements our vertically integrated model. Together, we are better positioned to grow our acquisitions and lending platforms, access new opportunities, and deliver stronger outcomes for our investors.”

Brad Howe joins Milhaus as Chief Investment Officer and shareholder. Howe spent 20 years leading Broadshore and its predecessor entity as Co-Managing Director, Co-CEO and CEO. During his tenure, he oversaw more than $7.5 billion invested across approximately 200 transactions, the company reported.

“Milhaus offers the scale, operational expertise, and fully integrated platform we were looking for in a partner,” said Howe. “We have built a strong foundation with more than 35 years of experience managing investor capital, and this combination enables us to accelerate growth, expand our reach, and better serve our institutional investors with a more comprehensive set of capabilities.”

Russell Munn and James Pomeranz also join as principals. The combined platform operates corporate offices in Indianapolis, Newport Beach, Los Angeles, New York, Orlando, and Phoenix. The company states the transaction positions the platform to accelerate Milhaus’ growth trajectory by 5 to 10 years.

Jones Lang LaSalle Securities, LLC acted as Milhaus’ exclusive financial advisor on the acquisition.
