NRP Group and Rockefeller Group Open Pre Leasing for Miraluna in South Las Vegas

The NRP Group and Rockefeller Group have opened pre-leasing for Miraluna, a 342-unit Class A apartment community in south Las Vegas. The resort-inspired development, located adjacent to the Southern Highlands master-planned community in the town of Enterprise, began construction in December 2024 and plans initial move-ins in March 2026, with final completion slated for Q1 2027.

Miraluna occupies a 13-acre site and includes 15 three-story, garden-style buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Architectural design by Las Vegas-based Perlman Architects uses stone and metal accents to provide a distinct aesthetic compared with the local stucco norm. Interiors feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinetry and LED backlit bathroom mirrors. Select units will offer balconies and private yards. The community will provide detached garages, carports and additional storage.

The amenity program is oriented to wellness, social connection and remote work. A 7,000-square-foot clubhouse will house a social and sports lounge, communal kitchen, fitness center with a yoga room, and a coworking space with offices and meeting rooms. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool with cabanas, pickleball and bocce courts, dining and grilling areas, a sauna, yoga lawn, fire pit and a dog park.

Miraluna is positioned near major job corridors and regional destinations. The Las Vegas Strip, Allegiant Stadium and Harry Reid International Airport sit within roughly seven miles, and the site offers ready access to Henderson and Summerlin.

The NRP Group enters the Las Vegas market with Miraluna while Rockefeller Group extends its Nevada footprint. NRP reported breaking ground on nearly 1,200 units across four Las Vegas developments in 2025 and manages over 30,000 residential units nationwide. Rockefeller Group has been active in Nevada since 2022 and has delivered more than 650,000 square feet of logistics real estate in the Las Vegas market, alongside multifamily development activity across the U.S.

Pre-leasing for Miraluna is underway with applications being accepted now and initial move-ins scheduled for March 2026.
