Thompson Thrift Opens The Liliana a Three Hundred Sixty Unit Class A Community in Pooler Georgia
Thompson Thrift recently marked the official opening of The Liliana, a 360-unit Class A multifamily community in Pooler, Georgia, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Resident move-ins began in July 2025 and construction reached completion in April 2026.
The Liliana sits on 23 acres near the Savannah Quarters neighborhood, just off Interstate 16 and Pooler Parkway, about 12 miles west of historic downtown Savannah. The three-story community offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with living spaces up to nearly 1,400 square feet. Community access is gated.
Apartment interiors include stainless-steel appliances, a smooth glass-top range, a side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispensers, and tile backsplashes. Homes feature hardwood-style flooring, walk-in closets, a full-size washer and dryer, high-speed internet access, energy-efficient LED lighting and a suite of Alexa-compatible smart home technology. Private yard, patio or balcony options and detached garages are available.
Onsite amenities support both wellness and social connection. The property includes a fully equipped fitness center, a 24-hour social hub, a resort-style heated swimming pool, electric firepits with seating areas, a pickleball court, a dog park and designed courtyards. The development is positioned near regional assets, including the Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport and a Publix-anchored grocery center, with a new Costco also a short drive away.
At the ribbon-cutting, attendees toured the model home and the professionally decorated clubhouse. Thompson Thrift presented a check to P.A.C.K. Savannah, a volunteer organization providing food, clothing and essential supplies to children in crisis across Chatham County.
“We’re proud to celebrate the official grand opening of The Liliana and expand our presence in the growing Savannah region,” said Angie Atkins, senior vice president of community management for Thompson Thrift. “The Liliana reflects our commitment to delivering a high-quality resident experience through thoughtful, modern design, high-quality amenities and spaces that support both comfort and connection.”
“Supporting P.A.C.K. Savannah reflects our commitment to positively impacting the communities we serve both within and beyond our developments,” said Abbey Shultz, vice president of community management for Thompson Thrift. “We’re proud to support an organization making a meaningful difference for children and families across Chatham County.”
The Liliana illustrates current development priorities in suburban multifamily: sizable unit counts, a broad amenity mix, integrated smart-home features and on-site community engagement. Multifamily Leadership will continue to monitor how such projects influence resident experience and regional housing dynamics.
