Fairfield Acquires Portofino Place Apartments in West Palm Beach

Fairfield announced the acquisition of Portofino Place Apartments, a residential community located at 4400 Portofino Way in West Palm Beach, Florida. The property offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes, as well as 2 story loft residences.

The community is located minutes from Downtown West Palm Beach and includes 4 resort style swimming pools, a 24 hour fitness center, yoga studio, pickleball and tennis courts, indoor basketball court, coworking space, dog park, guest suite accommodations, and multiple social and recreation areas.

According to the company, the acquisition aligns with Fairfield’s strategy of investing in multifamily communities where operational enhancements and capital improvements can support the resident experience while creating long term value.
