Sherman Residential Acquires Elan Prosperity Village and Rebrands Property as The Wrenley in Charlotte
Sherman Residential has acquired Elan Prosperity Village in Charlotte, North Carolina, and rebranded the property as The Wrenley. The midrise, Class A community totals 300 units and sits in the Prosperity Village submarket just off Interstate 485.
The site offers direct connectivity to major employment centers. Sherman Residential notes access to more than 300,000 jobs within a 20-minute drive, including Uptown Charlotte, University Research Park, and the Concord industrial corridor. With the recently added Vanguard campus in University Research Park, residents at The Wrenley are approximately five minutes from employers such as Vanguard, Allstate, TIAA, and Wells Fargo.
The Wrenley is located in the Prosperity Church Road neighborhood and provides walkable retail and restaurant options at three major shopping centers. The property is also near educational resources: Charlotte-Mecklenburg public schools with ten magnet schools within five miles and the University of North Carolina main campus one neighborhood away.
