K.P. Reddy is a globally recognized authority in the Built Environment and a civil engineer from The Georgia Institute of Technology. With over 25 plus years, he has been a technologist, subject- matter expert, founder, CEO, and investor. He is also the author of 2 books – BIM for Owners and Developers and What you know about startups is wrong. KP has had many roles including sold three large BuiltTech companies, ran Enterprise Transformation and Gehry Technologies (Frank Gehry) and was the General Manager of ATDC, one of the oldest incubators at Georgia Tech. Clifford Jones
Cliff is the managing partner of Harvey Mackay Academy. As a third generation entrepreneur with more than 35 years of leadership, sales, marketing, and small business ownership experience, Cliff loves working with Harvey Mackay and leading the Academy team.
When not managing the Academy, Cliff loves to write. He’s the coauthor of four books with authors such as Deepak Chopra, Ken Blanchard, Mark Victor Hansen, and more. He’s an award-winning blogger, a contributor to The Business Journals and Huff Post, as well as the “chief well digger” when it comes to leading the day-to-day operations of Harvey Mackay Academy.

Terry Danner
Terry Danner is the CEO at SightPlan, a provider of both mobile and web-based property operations software, with a specific focus on assisting maintenance teams with tools to improve efficiency and performance. His 29-year multifamily career has focused on multifamily property management, most recently as the executive director of Greystar overseeing U.S. real estate operations and their Client Services group following the sale of Riverstone to Greystar.
Prior to Greystar, he established Riverstone Residential Group in 2006, serving as President and CEO. He also formerly served as president at Trammell Crow Residential Services and occupied the roles of regional manager and vice president at Summit Properties. Terry has held numerous leadership and Board roles at the National Apartment Association and National Multi-Housing Council. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Chase Harrington
Chase Harrington is the Entrata American Dream. He currently serves as the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, where he oversees ongoing business operations, sales and product strategies. He joined the company in 2009 as a member of the client services team and has worked his way through the ranks helping Entrata build a world-class sales, product, and UX teams. Chase’s dedication to his work and his industry family have earned him recognition both within the company and among his industry peers. Dru Armstrong
Dru Armstrong, CEO- Dru began her career as a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where as a project leader in the Consumer and Technology practices team, she gained valuable expertise in brand, product, and marketing strategy. From there, she transitioned to the private equity field, working as a Vice President at The Gores Group, where she worked closely with portfolio company C-level executives to build and grow those companies. Dru then co-founded and served as CEO of Lily Pod, a consumer technology companied focused on empowering parents and caretakers by connecting them with technology. In 2015, she joined Grace Hill as Chief Product Officer and became CEO in June 2016. Dru holds a B.A. from Columbia University and a J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Manny Gonzalez
Manny Gonzalez is the managing principal for KTGY’s Los Angeles office. He is responsible for the design, land planning and production of residential and mixed-use developments throughout the U.S., including active adult and affordable multifamily communities as well as mixed-use residential, office and/or hotel/hospitality with retail.
In 2016 Mr. Gonzalez was elected to the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects. Election to Fellowship recognizes not only his achievements as an individual architect but also his significant contributions to architecture and society on a national level. Mr. Gonzalez was also recognized in 2015 by Builder magazine for his legacy of delivering remarkable residential design with his induction into the prestigious Wm. S. Marvin Hall of Fame for Design Excellence.

Mike Brewer
Mike Brewer comes to RADCO Residential from Mills Properties and brings over 21 years of experience in the multifamily space. At both Mills Properties and Equity Residential before that, he enjoyed a long tenure, filling multiple roles from Leasing Consultant to General Manager to Senior Regional Manager, and Vice President of Operations. Through his passion for people, technology, and real estate, Mike himself has won numerous industry awards and led teams that have won seven “Property Management Company of the Year” awards through various organizations.

Dale Phillips
President and Founding Member of Stellar Residential, Dale Phillips, has cultivated one of the most successful careers in property management. In 1995, he joined Mark-Taylor Residential as Asset Manager before serving as President from 2002-2016. During his tenure, Dale initiated the company’s growth path for third-party management from 4000 units to 15,000 units, expanding the Arizona-based brand to Nevada, Oregon and Washington markets. Dale also served as Designated Broker for these states, as well as Arizona. During his time at Mark-Taylor, the company developed more than 19,000 A-class multifamily units, in addition to providing lease-up services for another 3,500 units for national developers such as Wood Partners, Trammel Crow, Greystone, UBS, Prudential, Lincoln National Life, Smithfield Partners, Boston Capital to name a few. Heather Wallace
With over 20 years experience in the real estate industry, Ms. Wallace has been involved in the development, lease up, acquisition and rehabilitation of multi-family projects all over the West Coast. Ms. Wallace is responsible for marketing and sales as well as sourcing new business relationships for SARES-REGIS Group across the Western U.S. SRG is a real estate development, investment, and management firm specializing in residential and commercial properties in the western United States.

Tanner B. Bickelhaupt
Tanner B. Bickelhaupt is the founding principal of The tanbic Company. Prior to forming The Tanbic Company, Tanner was the Director of Real Estate for Black Rock Development, a real estate development company representing more than 44 entities with a real estate portfolio valued at over $550M. In 2011, Tanner joined a full-service real estate investment and management company that acquired, developed, built and managed over 9,000 units in multifamily communities in the west and mid-western states. Since 2011, Tanner has raised over $150M of private equity through high-net worth accredited investors which resulted in over $350M of asset purchases throughout the United States.

Terry Slattery
Terry Slattery has been in the Multifamily for over 26 years. He has served in various roles at Forrent.com. He spent the last 11 years as the President of that organization and helped successfully execute a sale of the business in 2018. Mr. Slattery has held a variety of positions in the industry including MNHC board member, NAA board member and President of the National supplier’s council. He currently is the CEO of CheckpointID, overseeing all corporate operations and initiatives.

remote monitoring (Mobile Link), where he led the creation of a new business unit around an IOT/M2M
solution that connected the company’s standby generators to customers, dealers and Generac
corporation.
Sean has an MBA from Kenan-Flagler at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor’s
degree in Economics from Occidental College. Sean resides in Redondo Beach, CA with his wife and their
two lovely daughters.

Marc Rutzen
Marc Rutzen is the CoFounder and CEO of Enodo, an automated underwriting platform for multifamily real estate. Enodo helps users analyze more deals in less time and make better investment decisions backed by data science.
