Jana Frazier

Jana directs IMT Residential’s Talent Acquisition, Engagement and Compensation programs. Founder and co-chair of IMT’s first culture committee, she leads initiates to promote engagement and retention. She has a passion for selecting and building highly effective teams and has been in the multifamily housing industry for the past 11 years. Jana holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University.
