Susan Watts

As the Vice President of Human Resources for Blue Ridge Companies, Susan is responsible for planning, directing, implementing and overseeing policies and procedures relating to all phases of human resources activity. This includes employment compliance, compensation, benefits, employee relations and retention, and communication, development and maintenance of Human Resources and Payroll information systems. She also supervises the processing of payroll and its accounting functions for all of Blue Ridge’s divisions. Susan came to Blue Ridge Companies in 2004 to develop its Human Resources and Payroll Departments. As the company has continually grown, Susan has passionately maintained the integrity and efficiencies of these departments. Susan graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University prior to relocating to North Carolina 2003. She is a member of CAI and SHRM.
