Thompson Thrift Breaks Ground on 300-Unit Luxury Community in Nampa Idaho
Thompson Thrift announced the development of The Highline, a 300-unit luxury multifamily community in Nampa, Idaho. The community is expected to welcome its first residents in early 2028, according to the company.

The Highline will be located within East Ranch, a master-planned mixed-use community that will feature a blend of high-value single-family homes and flex industrial space with integrated retail. The development is positioned less than 1 mile from I-84, providing access to the primary east-west thoroughfare and connectivity throughout the Boise MSA.

The community will offer 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartment homes with private entrances averaging 1,100 square feet. Residences will feature quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, designer fixtures and finishes, hardwood-style flooring, full-size washers and dryers, walk-in closets and smart-home technology. Detached garages and patio, balcony, and private yard options will be available.
Amenities will include a 24-hour fitness center, heated swimming pool and lap pool, courtyards, fire pits and grilling areas, outdoor games and a pickleball court. Residents will have access to a 24-hour social hub with billiards and shuffleboard, focus rooms, conference space, bike storage, 2 dog parks and a pet spa.
The Highline represents Thompson Thrift’s second multifamily development in Nampa. The company completed construction of The Logan, a 264-unit community located approximately 1 mile from The Highline, in June 2026. The Logan welcomed its first residents in November 2025.
The Highline will be capitalized with equity from the Thompson Thrift 2026 Multifamily Development, LP. Since its founding, Thompson Thrift has invested more than $7.3 billion into local communities.
