MBK Rental Living Opens Las Brisas a Three Hundred and Forty Unit Luxury Community in Santa Maria
MBK Rental Living has opened leasing and begun move-ins at Las Brisas, a 340-unit luxury apartment community in Santa Maria, California. The property adds one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 739 to 1,295 square feet, each with open living areas, designer finishes, modern appliances and private patios or balconies.
